DELIVERY

We provide delivery services as well if you would like to give your loved one a surprise at home.

There will be an additional charge of $10 for every delivery made.

Please ensure that either the recipient or someone else would be at home during the delivery time slot to receive the flowers or balloons.

Every re-delivery would incur an additional charge of $5.

On the order form, the full address to which you want the delivery to be made to has to be stated clearly with details like the name and contact number of the recipient.

Once the address of the recipient has been confirmed, we would not accept changes.

Also, do indicate the time range you would like us to deliver your flowers or balloons at.

House deliveries will be made within a range of 4 hours of stated timings.

To make collection easier and fuss-free for you, we have arranged a few collection points for you to pick up the roses or balloons you've ordered on 14th Feb:

· NUS 12pm – 1pm
· Tampines 2pm – 3pm
· Bishan 4pm – 5pm
· Somerset 6pm – 7pm

Please indicate in your order forms where you would like to pick up your orders.

In the event that you are not able to make it to the collection point you have indicated on that day in time, do give us a call in advance and proceed to the collection point at the next time slot, of which you would be able to make it.
